KS4 have been appointed to provide PM, QS, EA services by Reshape to deliver circa 222nr Co-Living dwellings and 28 Affordable Apartments in Hackney, London including, Suis Generis, intermediate and C3 demise.
The site is home to an existing microbrewery building which is proposed to be retained and refurbished to its former prominence and integrated into the new Co-Living scheme.
