Docklands

The Docklands scheme is a proposed refurbishment of an existing hotel. The hotel has three separate structures all linked.

The refurbishment, within the confines of the current room templates, looks to provide a fresh and vibrant bedroom space, with new and enhanced décor, including furniture and joinery packages.

The scope extends to a refurbishment of the existing communal areas within the hotel to provide an inviting offering of amenity for guests and residents such as a gym, cinema, cooking and dining facilities as well as multiple communal areas. The scope will also include an element of enhancement and replacement of the building services providing an updated and modern living environment.

The site facilities exiting landscaped and terraced areas that will be brought to life by the refurbishment.
