Planning Phase
We provided Cost Management during the planning phase of the mixed-use redevelopment at Apollo Business Centre, 158 Trundleys Road, SE8.
This project involved the construction of a new building with parts reaching 10 and 28 storeys, featuring a blend of student accommodation, affordable residential units, light industrial spaces, and retail/community facilities. Our team was instrumental in managing costs throughout the planning phase, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints for this diverse and multifaceted development.
Recently KS4 have now been appointed to undertake the Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Employers Agent roles to bring the project forward through detailed design, procurement through to completion.
