| Beresford St (Phase 2) looks to provide a further 120nr PBSA bed spaces both studios and cluster rooms extending upon the 299nr bedrooms as part of the Phase 1 development.
The Phase 2 scheme will be designed and constructed to be fully integrated into the Phase 1 scheme and to create a single building when complete. The building services, façade and structure are being co-ordinated to maximise the design efficiencies within both schemes. |
