About the Role
The successful candidate will work as part of a growing team across multiple projects, providing the lead on cost management and employer’s agent services from inception to completion. You will also work closely with clients and help to maintain those relationships. As a smaller business, the candidate will take responsibility on leading projects and developing junior staff, with clear paths of progression within the company. This is whilst having continued support from the experienced team. Specific roles and responsibilities would be:- Producing and presenting cost plans to Clients
- Advising on cost options during design stage
- Producing tender documents and advising on procurement
- Contract negotiations
- Contract administration and Employer’s Agent services
- Negotiating and agreeing interim valuations, variations and final accounts

About you
- 5+ years’ experience in the industry
- JCT D&B experience preferred
- Experience within the residential sector would be a bonus
- Strong communication skills
- A good understanding of the PQS role both pre and post contract
- Client facing
