Following completion of enabling works and demolition of the former Catholic Club in Woolwich, London, we are thrilled announce that we have recently procured a Design & Build contact with CField Construction on behalf of Hurlington Capital, Q Investment Partners and GAMUDA for the delivery of a new 299-Bed PBSA Scheme in Woolwich, London.
The scheme will provide a mixture of studios, premium studios and cluster bedrooms, with high quality amenity space including external roof terraces for residents to relax, socialise and study. The scheme also includes a multi-function ground floor community hub, to help meet the needs of local community groups in Woolwich.
Works have since commenced on site, and the first piles have already been placed ahead of schedule. KS4 have provided project and cost management services to date, and have been retained as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors for the delivery phase, which is due to complete in Spring 2026.
