We are thrilled to have procured the new Design & Build contract with CField Construction to now re-commence the Guildford Plaza project for Host.
Located between Portsmouth Road and Bury Street, Guildford Plaza is providing 301 Co-Living units set around a large open courtyard area. The building will provide a range of modern amenity spaces including lounge and dining areas, co-wording spaces, meeting rooms, gym and yoga studio.
KS4 are providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services on the scheme. With works already well underway again, the project is due for completion in Summer 2025.
