KS4 we’re appointed as Project, Cost Consultants and Employers Agents for the for this redevelopment site at 5-9 Creekside SE8.
The proposed building will comprising flexible commercial floorspace (Use Class E(g)) and 230 purpose-built student accommodation bedspaces (Use Class Sui Generis) including all associated highway works, amenity spaces and cycle parking and Creative Maker Space.
Thanks to our considerable student accommodation experience and expertise, we’ve been advising on the design layouts, providing cost-saving initiatives early in the design process. By getting involved in these early stages, we can make sure we’re meeting the crucial requirements of our client’s brand standards before the design develops.
Planning committee is now planned for December 2023 with
the view to progress to detailed design whilst approaching the
funding market. PC planned for Summer 2026.
