KS4 is providing Cost Consultancy, Project Management, and Employer’s Agent services for this new project in Bristol.
The site is currently an old factory which is planning to be demolished. It also includes works to the adjacent river wall as well as extensive off-site highways improvements, including a new bridge and public realm. The site has an existing sewer which we are building around.
Planning submission will be in January 2025 with a planned start on site around Summer 2026 and completion Summer 2029.
